I suggested removing that ridiculous five fish rule that we had in the Master Angler. Now, every trophy fish caught makes the book. If you catch more than one and an astericks appears beside the anglers' name denoted as "caught more than one trophy sized fish this year"
Certificates will not be issued above the five for free. It will be $20 if an angler wants a certificate after the five have been issued.

I think this is good. All fish that make the mark get into the book. The more in the book the better Manitoba looks.
I don't think people need all of the certificates also. From what i have seen most people only keep the first couple or maybe there biggest.

What about having card that you can put more than one fish on?
When a guest fills out more than one card all the info is the same but the date and size.
I have seen many times guest get tired of filling out all the cards.
It would make it better for our guest and Manitoba wouldn't have to print out as many cards, might even speed up the entering of the names in the book?
